Khathira clinic was established in 1974 a poverty stricken village of Barisal district. People from this area come to the clinic to avail services particularly eye care at a nominal fee. The clinic also offered pathological, mother & child care and general clinical services to the poor people. As a result sufferings of the villagers from eye related problems and other diseases are reduced. Mr. Tapon Kumar Biswas is servicing as an Honorary Secretary of this Clinic for a long days.
